Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet these conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Includes original invoice and tags

  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order ID and reason for return

  3. Our support team will guide you through pickup or drop-off

  4. Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit

Note: In some cases, the customer may need to ship the product back at their own cost unless it's a defective/wrong item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–7] business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order must be received and then returned as per the above process.
